Art Movement
"Ukiyo-e"
This artwork inspired by Japanese old art movement Ukiyo-e. The original Ukiyo-e is supposed to use wood. This artwork was made by using Adobe Illustrator. A picture of ninja mixed by picture of "The Stig", character from Top Gear. The background is the famous Japan Rising Sun. There is a Japanese writing which means "Satigu" or Stig. I gave a little touch of paper texture to make it as similar as the original one.

"Dadaism"
Dada is an art movement started in Zurich. This artwork has a Dada on it not because I put "Dada" word on Hitler's chest, but the thing that I ruin Hitler's photo is called as Dada.
De Stijl
De Stijl is a modern art movement. It comes in a modern era because it has a minimalist concept and simplicity on its artwork.

For the contextual and cultural referencing class final we were asked to make an essay book about one of the chosen art movement. I choose Dada. This art movement come from the era of World War I. The Dadaist (artist) getting depressed because of war so they make artwork to shows their protest.
